Human Resources & Administration Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee HR and administrative operations, establish systems, optimize processes, and develop talent frameworks aligned with corporate strategy. Formulate HR policies and plans to enhance organizational efficiency and support business growth.
Possess hands-on experience in all HR modules, with expertise in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
Demonstrate strong recruitment capabilities, including building diverse recruitment channels and efficiently filling key positions.
Familiarity with national and local labor laws to mitigate employment risks and resolve labor disputes.
Proficient in end-to-end administration management, including office maintenance, fixed asset management, vehicle scheduling, and conference/event coordination.
Accompany leadership in meetings, assist in business negotiations, and document discussions, preparations, and follow-up actions.
Liaise with government agencies and partners to address executive and departmental needs.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, respond promptly to company requirements, and effectively handle emergencies in HR and administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR and administrative management experience; preference for candidates from medium-to-large enterprises, tech companies, or similar industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills; proficiency in English.
Basic financial knowledge and experience in bookkeeping.
High professional ethics, strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, resilience, and service mindset.
Proficient in office software; possession of a National Human Resources Manager Certificate (Level II or above) is preferred.
