Event Flow:

1. Arrival (TBA): Alumni meet up at train station, heading to the forest together.

2. Mushroom guide tour (1:00pm - 2:30pm): mushroom tour will be fully accompanied by certified mushroom expert. No technical hiking route included.

3. Group hiking & picnic (2:30pm - 4:00pm): welcome speech, get-to-know time and interactive games.

4. Post-event social and return (after 4:00 pm)

5. Gathering dinner (optional)
