活动规则:

  • 在活动期间报名,上传您的运动数据截图,不得重复上传(完成运动目标后一次性上传)。

  • 线上跑总里程目标为20公里,活动期间,可累计多日里程数。

**6月1号和8号,欢迎您参加 UNNC 校园跑步活动。 校园跑于上午 8 点在 UNNC 体育中心旁的 UNNC 田径场开始, 开始时间前 15 分钟集合。

  • 参与形式:跑步或健步走

  • 主主办单位将在活动结束后核查成绩,完成20公里打卡者:

    a. 每位都可获得20周年特别版电子徽章;

    b. 抽取50位赠送校友专属精美礼包一份(内含定制校友帆布袋、诺丁汉护照夹、诺丁汉帽等)。

注意事项:

  •  运动前,请自行购买合适的意外险,本活动未提供任何保险,请活动前做好充分的热身准备,以避免剧烈运动对身体造成意外伤害。

  • 运动过程中,如发现身体有肌肉痛、关节痛以及极强的疲劳感等不适,请参与者量力而行,必要时放弃,以保证人身安全。

  • 跑步过程中,如遇炎热、寒冷、大风、降水、雾霾沙尘等极端天气,请参与者自行调整运动计划,以保证人身及财产安全。

  • 请着舒适运动装,避免过厚或过薄。

  • 参与者应身体健康,经常性参加各种运动或训练,并且应根据自己的身体状况和能力,选择是否参与。


用户须知:

  • 参与者需身体健康,无心血管、高血压等疾病。

  • 孕妇、饮酒者、过度劳累者、身体不适者等不得参加。


活动声明:

  • 本次活动免费自愿报名参与,请理性报名。

  • 请自行购买运动意外险,主办方不负责保险事宜。

  • 参与者在报名之前请务必仔细阅读活动须知中的健康要求,若因身体条件不足参加而导致的身体不适或意外,责任自负。



As we celebrate UNNC’s 20th anniversary, we’re holding a virtual, online running event and warmly invite you to join us. Wherever you may be, let’s join together running around the world. Even apart and spread across the globe, UNNC alumni will always remain connected!

To launch this special event, we are encouraging participants to start with a bang, and complete their first 5km on 1 June! Wherever you are, let’s begin the next 20 kilometres together.

UNNC Campus Run, held every Saturday morning on campus, is welcoming alumni participants to join the weekly fun run alongside staff, students and local community. If you’re local, come and complete the 5 kilometres alongside us!


Event dates: 1-16 June 2024


Event overview:

  • Total goal: 20 kilometres of running or brisk walking

  • **On Saturday 1 and 8 June you are welcome to participate at the UNNC Campus Run. Campus Run begins at 8am at the UNNC athletics track by the UNNC Sports Centre. Runners gather 15 minutes before the start time and afterwards head to Trio Coffee shop.

  • Online check-in: Scan the QR code to record every step of your journey (Repeated uploads are not allowed)

 

Event rules:

  • Register during the event period and upload a screenshot of your sports data.

  • You may accumulate mileage over several days within the event period.

  • After the event, the organisers will verify the results and provide gifts for participants! Those who complete the 20 kilometres will:

a. receive an exclusive 20th anniversary digital badge;

b. be entered into a prize draw, with 50 random winners selected to receive an exclusive package of goodies, including a customised alumni canvas bag, Nottingham passport holder and a Nottingham cap.


Uploading your running/walking data:

  • Click “Register”.

  • Fill in the required information.

  • Upload a screenshot of your running record.

  • By uploading your photos, you are granting University of Nottingham Ningbo China permission to use it for non-commercial promotional purposes. You retain all rights, and can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the alumni office via alumni@nottingham.edu.cn.


Precautions:

  • Please assess your health and abilities before deciding to participate.

  • You should be in good health and free from conditions such as cardiovascular disease and hypertension to ensure your safety during this activity.

  • Those who are pregnant should speak to their doctor before participating, and individuals who have been drinking, or are overly tired, or unwell should not participate.

  • Before engaging in physical activity, please ensure you are in good health and have appropriate accident insurance as this event does not provide insurance coverage. Warm up thoroughly to prevent injury from intense exercise.

  • Know your limits: if you have muscle pain, joint pain, or extreme fatigue during the activity, please adjust your exertion and discontinue if necessary to ensure your safety.

  • In case of extreme weather such as heat, cold, strong winds, rain, smog, or dust, please adjust your exercise plan to safeguard your health.

  • Wear comfortable sports attire that is neither too heavy nor too light.
              

Event declaration:

  • This event is free and open for voluntary registration.

  • Please arrange for your own sports accident insurance as the organiser is not responsible for providing insurance.

  • Before registering, participants must carefully read the health requirements in the event notice. Any discomfort or accidents resulting from insufficient physical condition are the responsibility of the participant.
